PTF Business Cards

Part-time Faculty are able to order Business Cards!

Business cards are ordered online through Consolidated Document Management Services (CDMS). The TMCC business card template has been designed and approved by the TMCC Marketing and Communications Office.

Part-time Faculty are responsible for payment of business card orders.

To order TMCC approved business cards from CDMS:

  • Go to the CDMS Website Links to an external site. and click on Login (top right-hand corner)
  • Username: TMCCPartTime
  • Password: PTFAC2018
    • Click on Browse Catalog Tab
    • Click on Show Details link
    • Enter your
      • Name and Credentials
      • Additional Credentials
      • TMCC email (without the @tmcc.edu)
      • Select your department
      • Select your division
      • Select your location (You are more than welcome to use the ASC office as your location or you can use your department)
      • Enter your phone number. (If you would like to set up a voicemail box, please contact the Academic Support Center)
      • Click on Preview
    • If everything looks correct on the preview, select the green question mark next to Select Quantity. Select a quantity option. 
      • Click on View Cart (Towards the top right-hand side of the screen)
    • If everything looks correct, click on the checkout box and follow the prompts

NOTE: Please use TMCC's address as your shipping address, not your home address.
