Take the test in a quiet area and make sure you will have enough time in your schedule to complete the test.
Do not wait until the last minute to take a test, computer problems are very common and instructors usually will not accommodate you for these issues.
Every instructor is different, some tests are timed and closed book and others are not. Be sure to understand the parameters of the test and plan accordingly.
When studying, be sure to highlight any information you feel is important as well as place a post-it note on the edge of the paper with notes on them stating the key concepts on that page. This makes it much easier to find the information when you are taking a test.
Be sure to read the entire question and all of the answer choices before you pick an answer.
When you answer a question by using your mouse to click on a bullet, click outside the bullet area before using the roller on the mouse to scroll to the next question. If you don’t do this you may accidentally change your answer by “rolling” the bullet to the next answer and all your answers will be wrong.
